The Platform is operated under Lapo Andro Science Company, a service-based company with its registered office at Calicut, Kerala (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform Owner", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform or making any payments through it, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms of Use") and all applicable policies referenced herein.

If you transact on the Platform, you shall be subject to the policies applicable to such transactions. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform Owner.

1. Services Overview

Our Platform, Lapoelectioncart, provides election-related services and packages for organizations, political candidates, and campaign managers. The services include but are not limited to:

• Election campaign packages
• WhatsApp bulk messaging
• Display and 3D vehicle rentals
• Helicopter landing arrangements for campaigns
• Printing and branding services (posters, candidate photo printing, etc.)
• Health ATM and "Wellness on Wheel" services
• Event management and voter engagement activities
• Digital campaign management applications (voter polling, tracking, analytics, etc.)

Users can browse, select, and purchase desired packages or campaign services online. Once payment is completed, our team will initiate the delivery and coordination process with the customer.

2. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information while registering or placing an order.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
• You agree not to misuse the Platform, engage in unlawful activity, or violate any applicable laws.

3. Payments and Billing

• All payments are securely processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway or other authorized payment partners.
• Service prices are displayed clearly before checkout and may vary based on customization or service requirements.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive an acknowledgment email or confirmation on the Platform.
• In case of payment failure, please verify your details and try again or contact our support.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellation requests will only be considered within 3 days of placing the order.
• Once our team has initiated the service process (e.g., communicating with vendors, arranging deliveries, starting campaigns), cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• Services that have already commenced, including digital campaigns or marketing campaigns, are non-refundable as they involve upfront resource allocation.
• If you receive any service or deliverable that is damaged, defective, or not as promised, report it to our customer support within 5 days of service initiation or delivery.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials available on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, videos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Lapo Andro Science Company.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these external websites.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• All information, services, and materials on the Platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We make no warranties or guarantees regarding performance, completeness, or suitability of our services for any specific purpose.
• In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Platform or services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim or ₹100, whichever is lower.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, employees, and partners against any losses, liabilities, claims, or damages arising due to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, network failure, strikes, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Calicut, Kerala, India.
